Peanut Butter Snowballs.

These were quick and easy to make, fun for the kids to get in involed with, and tasty for everyone who likes Peanut Butter and Chocolate! Perfect for a snack, or to put neatly on a platter for a treat for everyone to share.

1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
3 Tbs of Soften Butter
1 Cup of Icing Sugar

1. Put the peanut butter, butter, and icing sugar in a mixing bowl, and beat on a low speed until all combine into a dough consistancy.
2. Roll into small balls and place on a plate in the fridge for about half an hour to set.
3. Melt some white chocolate and dip the peanut ball into the melted chocolate.  I like to just melt the chocolate - before the smooth runny stage of melting, just so the chocolate layer is a bit thicker and has a pretty textured look to the final product.
4. Place back in the fridge for 10 minutes to set the chocolate then enjoy! Can also dust with extra icing sugar if you like.
