Oreo 1 Minute Mug Cake.
Cook this mug cake in only 1 minute! Perfect night time desert for those Oreo lovers out there!! Easy to mix it all up into the mug. I poured over some cream and an extra crumble of oreos! Yum!

1/4 C White Chocolate
3 tbs Milk
4 tbs Plain Flour
1/4 ts Baking Powder
1/2 tbs Vegetable Oil
2-3 Oreos
Cream (optional)
1. Add the White Chocolate into the mug you will be using and pour in the Milk, mix and microwave for 20 seconds or until melted.
2. Add the Plain Flour, Baking Powder, and Vegetable Oil and combine. Crumble up 2 Oreos and combine that with the cake mixture.
3. Microwave for 1 Minute. Let it cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy while warm. I like mine with cream poured over the top and add an extra oreo in fine crumbles. YUM!
