Iced Caramel Mocha Lattes
This is the PERFECT coffee hit for the spring/summer time! If you like caramel flavours I'm sure you will like this one! Crushed ice, chocolate, caramel, coffee.... need I say anything more?

3 Cups of Ice Cubes
2 Ts of Instant Coffee
2 Tbs of Drinking Chocolate
1 1/2 Cups of Salted Caramel Icecream (plus extra when serving)
Caramel Icecream Topping
3 Cups of Milk
Whipped Cream (to serve with)

1. Dissovle the coffee and chocolate into a glass with a small amount of hot water. Add to your blender.
2. Add all other ingredients to your blender as well as a good squirt of the caramel topping and blend until all crushed and combined.
3. Pour the iced latte mix into glasses about 2/3 the way full. Add a scoop or 2 of extra icecream, and pile on some whipped cream! Then drizzle with more caramel topping and add your favourite straw! Enjoy!
