Breakfast Burrito

Breakfast burritos can be made in a many different ways, but for a bacon and egg classic this is our recipe!  A plus with this recipe is that you can wrap up the burritos and store them in the freezer - take out and defrost for a min in microwave and enjoy!

 

 

 

Pack of 6 Tortillas 

 4 Eggs, Scrambled
4 Rashers of Bacon, Diced and Fried,
4 Hash Browns, Cooked and Diced
Couple of Hand full of Spinach

1/2 Cup of Cheese, Grated
Salt and Pepper 

1/2 Raw white Onion, Diced Fine

1. Cook all ingredients as you normally would, and place in separate dishes, Grate cheese, dice onion and leave raw, lightly heat tortillas.

2. Being to build! Add a small amount of each ingredient in the centre on the tortilla.  Then fold the bottom towards the stuffing, then both sides, then roll it up! Enjoy now, wrap and freeze left overs!
